Support Workers required to work within Adult Services. ABD are recruiting for agency support workers to staff various care homes for elderly residents ranging from dementia, Learning difficulties, respite and personal care. To work with the team in developing, reviewing, monitoring and adapting support and care plans. To monitor and report to senior staff on the effectiveness of support delivery.
What we are looking for from you:
- Experienced support worker
 - Personal care experience preferred
 - Be friendly and have a patient manner
 - Excellent communication
 - To be flexible with working hours
 
Requirements:
- Must hold a BTEC Diploma in Care or NVQ Qualification in Health & Social Care and have a valid Care Certificate.
 - Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service (this can be initiated £80 cost to candidate)
 - Must be able to obtain a minimum 3 years references
 - Must have a minimum 6 months UK based experience as a support worker.
 
This is a temporary position with shifts allocated on a weekly basis depending on your availability. Pay will also be on a weekly basis.
